what iam looking for is a city planner like i used to use on star wars galaxies. I am sure nothing like this exsists but it would certainly come in handy if there are any whizz kids out there that are up for a challange.

I have to buy the game yet, but with a little help from the wiki I tried building sketchup models. I'post some pictures later on... What you could do is making layout components and design it in sketchup.

Does anybody know who made the planner? it should be easy enough to add in the LiF building moddles (or at least sizes) and go from there.
