Good day! I bought the game 2 weeks ago and I have couple questions
1. I bought silver package with 2 month premium subscription should I get one random full set of armor skin every month of my subscription? I did not get one for my first month
2. How can I check more info about player in the game? One player killed my without any reason and I want to check his guild name

1. If you activated your subscription, you got your skins. Just open the Equip & Stats tab and click the small button above the Inventory button to open your skin collection.
2. Well, you need to find him and check his guild tag.

When I open it to see my skins pack i cant find a way to move it to my inventory. There is no active button except Shop and Cancel. If i go to Shop it only has the option to buy it normally. The subscription screen accurately shows the subscription valid.

Do you mean your shop inventory or your actual inventory? They're flags on your account, not actual items. They never manifest in-game.
