Hey there,

this one here is out there since early access phase and should be really fixed:

You can create Death Slopes by Terraforming a "V" , this is also happening in other forms while building(house near an upper hill , so your roof and the ground build a V-form)
Most times you start to wiggle around some seconds before your character falls down and dies instant or it starts another 2 or 3 rounds of the procedure
