I'm already running as an administrator.

I didn't pass after I put my credentials. (facebook way)

Any solution?

There are issues with NA login server. We are investigating it.

same, cant collet character information when I try and log in the launcher using steam.

After the JH yesterday I could play. Today though I had another issue. Launcher opens. But the game client don't. I did a repair already. It seems I can't download any new patch to be able to play.

I hit play but nothing happens.

Run as admin. Checked compatibility.

If you're stuck at downloading, toggle P2P and/or use VPN. Also, try disabling antivirus/firewall.
