1) While riding a horse I've found out that it can (with help of a high enough cliff) jump over great distances and at ridiculous heights without actually getting hit. I guess this is not intended but it is a major overlook. Fix this please (that horse should get killed or at least crippled).
The swamp is made to slow you down extremely. But the horse can gallop there at full speed which is not only illogical, it is also a great advantage (battle-wise). Remember the battle of Agincourt. That would make the swamp a great tactical (dis)advantage in battles.
2) I was practicing with a crossbow and thought why am I reloading so slow. So I tried a simple solution and it worked - go out of the war stance and back again cuts the reloading time to a fraction. It may be that I was doing something wrong but anyway this shouldn't be possible. I suggest a short timer for switching stances to avoid this combo.
