Guild management is done via website through your account. However i don't see any option under settings to start a guild.

Am i on the wrong site, what am i missing?

Well, guild management can be done via website indeed. But to create it, you'll need to be in the game. There, under the P button, under the Social tab, you'll be able to create your guild.

Well, to clarify, you can create guild via the website, BUT your character needs to be on the Abella first. You cannot create a guild on via the website if your character is on Newbie Island.
