So i have a few questions about a game mechanic of judgment hours and claims

1) Is the abilyty for someone, who is not in guild to put soil from inventory to ground in claim not by right click but by click directly on soil?

2) Is the abality to put log to enemy claim when is not JH bug or not?

they can put it down but cannot replace it after... when it's not the judgement hour, when it's the judgement hour... then... they are free to do whatever they want !
