i cant play the game, when it says "Loading world 3/9" i got desconnected.

Try using connecttogameserver command in console. If that doesn't work, try disabling antivirus/firewall. Try run the game as administrator etc. In some other cases, using VPN allows sustaining a proper connection.

If nothing works, please attach most recent log file from the connection attempt.

My wife is having the same issue, when does she need to enter the console command? immediately upon opening the game or when it reaches the stopping point of 3/9?

Upon reaching 3/9. If that doesn't work, try my suggestions. If they won't work, provide me with a log file from the connection attempts.
