So I was running close to the water edge when I noticed a toombstone.

I got close and tried to loot it. Then I got a message saying "be careful you will loose alignement points if you loot this."

So I tried to loot it and nothing happened, I couldn't open it. But I lost 3 alignement points.

Thinking it was a bug I tried again, and again lost 3 alignement points.

Then I thought maybe I'm not close enough and tried another 3 times, and lost allignement points again.

Now I don't really have an issue with losing the alignement points, but I do think it's unfair to lose them for trying to loot without success.
