I already wrote a ticket but want also ask if someone know what happened and how to fix this problem.
well is since yesterday that one of my character and one of my friend's are stucked in a server, we both crashed at the same time and after that we couldn't log in any more because it doesn't go farther than Patch world 0/9 . someone can help me with this problem?

- World name
- Server number
- Logs from the failed connection attempt

Also, please try disabling antivirus/firewall, game client repair and the connecttogameserver command in console.
