Game loads then error message "your connection to the dispatcher server has timed out"

i can't get into the game. Suggestions please ! :O:

How long was this happening? Did you try run the game with firewall/antivirus off?

i have the same problem since yesterday. the launcher doesnt load second patch of 60mb. when i start the game without launcher, i get "your connection to the dispatcher server timed out". Reinstall seems to fix it, but i have reinstalled the game five times since yesterday...

Does the issue still persist after yesterday NA world restart?

This happens now everyday....
Everytime i shut my computer down or i close the Launcher, i have to reinstall the game because the Launcher cant connect anymore to the Dispatcher, thus not loading the patch...
Reinstalling the game the seventh time now...

Did you try toggling P2P and/or using VPN? In most cases with connectivity issues, using VPN often helps.
