Play button dont work on NA server

Tryed to login this morning had various issues . 1st off was version of game all ready running followed by play button does nothing on NA server tested on Eu worked fine and loged me in. Ive reinstalled rebooted pc ran repair like 10 times but still It wont launch on NA server any help would be appreciated guys.
