Personal Claim: permissions cant be changed?

For some reason, Personal Claim can add guild but not reacting to permissions changes. We basicly cant add any permissions. Also, added guild or standing cant be deleted. Its just like "Apply" is not working :(

Other guild member also tryed to do it and his personal claim was the same way.

Will try, thanx for advice. It is pretty hard to figure some things out on your own, sometimes :pardon:
