I post here in the hope to get some help with the game who fails to patch correctly.
In fact, I'm getting this error everytime I use the launcher and try to patch the game :

I've tried the followings steps :
- Clean reinstall
- Clear tmp folder
- Check files in steam
- Desactivate P2P
- Checked if it was not the antivirus / firewall blocking it
- Tried running the launcher as administrator
None of this works.
So here I am, hoping you can give me some help,
