I have a problem with my horse, I was crossing server limites then a blue screen shows and my horse and I appear under the Surface with no action aviable and no movement possibilities, then I disconect in a atemtp to solve the problem, there was my horse but i cannot ride it or put it in the bag, it seems bugged

is there a way to solve it?

You'll need to contact one of the GMs on our official discord in such case. As long as the horse is present in the game world, we'll be able to replace it.
