I was told that back in the past i would have access to the mmo but i am unable to link my account to the mmo

This promotion has already ended. If you weren't verified LiF:YO owner on our website by the time the MMO was released on Steam Early Access, you won't be able to get that free ticket.

Wow that’s pretty scummy.... i bought the game on steam i was told if i prepurchased LIF:YO i would get a free character to the mmo when it came out. I come back when i hear the mmo is out and now you tell me this?

Seems like a big fat lie to get my money in the first place and then get me to spend a bunch more money to get into something i had already been promised access to when i purchased your own

Everyone who was verified YO owner at the time of MMO EA Steam Release received their access to the MMO and got it in their Steam library.

I have had it in my library since 2015 and played on lif:yo servers in the past....

When I purchased the game on steam I was never told that I would have to register on a website.

I was told if you purchase LIF:YO on steam I would have access to the MMO when it came out and I would get 1 free character.

You guys are money grabbing liars if you refuse to see that my steam account has had LIF:YO since 2015

Many apologies. I caused a bit of confusion here because I didn't fully understand the situation. Now it's more clear.

To clarify: If you already owned LiF:YO, you should, in fact, have the MMO in your Steam library by default, no verification on our website was actually required.

It seems that Steam is at fault here, as everyone who had LiF:YO in their library should have received MMO automatically. We will provide you with the access soon. Expect private message from me sometime soon.

Thank you. For some reason the mmo doesn't pop up on my steam, but if i download the game from your website and log in I'm able to play the game.

I will make a character later, many thanks

Hello. I have the same Problem. I have buy LIF:YO in 2015 and there wasn't MMO in my Steam Library. I have try to verify the ownership with my account here, but this is not possible anymore. Only thing what i can do is to play on the Newbie Server, but i don't have the free Ticket for one Character like promised. (Have installed the game without Steam :/ ) All my friends have no Problem, and they buy LIF:YO at the same Time like me. And everyone of them has the Free Ticket for one Character.
