I was harvesting in server 27 and suddenly I can’t do anything and it shows lose connection with the server. I tried to re login in but I failed, the launcher says fails to get characters’ information and also I can’t open NA’s account dashboard on website.It is ok for me to login to EU server and open Eu’s dashboard so I tried another ip and then everything goes well, It is like my ip is banned from the server. I hope you can solve this problem ASAP.
My character is outside the territory with a carriage，and it may be stolen by others.
