When im playing on stream the launcher fails to download sometimes and if not it takes ages. If i play on normal client the download still stopping or doesnt even start. I have to wait hours to be able to play the game but sometimes it takes 1-2 days doesnt matter how many times i restart the client/steam/my computer... and trust me the problem is not my internet speed....

Try toggling P2P option. Also, you may try pausing and resuming the download.
