Is the name change problem being looked into?

A few days ago i bought a customization token to change one of my characters name. Unfortunately the name changer didnt work. I tried several times, and have been every day since. But the same thing happens everytime...

At first everything seams normal, and when i click the done button, it pops a window telling me that "The Guise will be consumed after applying changes. Do you want to proceed?". So i click the "Yes" button. Then it goes into a never ending "initializing..." mode. I have waited for like 10 mins to like an hour for something to happen, but it never does. And when i log in again after closing the game, the old name is still there. I have posted about the problem in Discord, but never received a reply on my question if this being looked into.

It's a known issue, yes, we are investigating the problem. We'll do our best to fix that soon so you can make proper use of The guise.
