Clicking done only gives an error sound, but no reason why.

Is it the name or do you have to pick the server first? If you have to pick the server first where do you do that at? Only see the options to create / customize / play.

Tempted to test if it's the name by just putting something like "adkfjasldfjasdklf"; however, not sure if that would take the ticket.

Just tried several random letters and even that didn't work. Was already on the fence about trying the game and thought since it was f2p I'd give it a try. Maybe get another char if I liked it enough.
