I only produce quality 10 courier horses from 30 quality horses. How can I increase their quality for me too to produce quality 90-100?

The quality of the trained courier and/or warhorses depends on the effective warhorse training skill (effective skill = grey value, influenced by stats and the profession outfits) and the horse quality.

The formula for trained courier horses should be something like (Effective skill / 100) * (horse quality * 3.33)

Basically: Higher skill and higher quality horses = higher quality trained horse.
