Where is Download on Site?

I bought this game via steam, and I can't get it to work. I'm trying to find a download on this site, and all it directs me to is a page where I can buy the game. I already bought the game so this isn't very helpful. If I go to settings of my account, it just logs my account out. If I try to go to the server regions pages, it says I am not authorized to see them.

Make sure to log in with your Steam account. And the download page on this website is located here -> https://lifeisfeudal.com/Main-media/?section=download
