Corrupted Grid
In paving a road, I found that my pavement texture appeared black, but in another area, the texture worked properly.
I have determined that the below grid (marked in red) is corrupted.
It began with paving this road and identifying an awkward seam in the ground:
Below is a different angle of the same area:
I decided to follow the awkward seam, and when I discovered a joint, I paved two tiles—one on the corrupted grid and on an adjacent grid:
I found another joint in the grid, and I predicted that the tile on the corrupted grid would yield a broken texture:
I confirmed the prediction with paving on the adjacent tile that then yielded a normal texture:
I tested a third join which provided the same results:
This is on a server with dozens of players.
Have others encountered corrupted grids?
