There has been a bug with spoilers ever since we could place spoilers inside spoilers, and I finally figured out how it worked! EDIT: Well, when it occurs... until now, I had no idea.
It appears we can only have 11 functioning spoilers, counting from the bottom, until it decides not to add anymore.
Here is a functional example:

I have increased maximum spoiler tags per post from 10 to 20. For whatever reason someone might need to add this many, I think that's enough
