Insane weapon speed bonus

Cap the speed bonus on weapons, please.
One naked guy with a pitchfork spinning in place with mouse sensitivity turned all the way up should not be able to kill a group of three with chain and partially covered plate.
81 speed bonus. 40+ damage against a guy with chain, using a weapon that's supposed to be almost entirely piercing. It defeats the purpose of wearing armor.
Naked villagers with pitchforks being invincible is just...

So fight smart, shoot him instead!
It does not matter who is the strongest fighter, just the last one standing.

Chainmail have the lowest (except padded armor) piercing defence, u know?

When you swing a pitchfork to the side (the way to get an insane speed bonus) it does slashing damage;
Just like when you thrust with a sword it does piercing. That's why I mentioned that the pitchfork is *supposed* to be used for its piercing damage, to put more emphasis on how unbalanced the speed multiplier exploit is.
