Anyone know if there is a hardcore pvp server with no rules and fast (or slow) skill gain?

I mean 0 rules for players. (ideally admin would not give shit to people, but that's probably too much to ask).

all the "official" server have no GM so anything goes.

On Pandora's Box server anything goes except exploits... like pushing through walls, endless resource nodes, and floating logs.

The GM will only despawn things for you if needed, but he will not give out anything.

It also has 3000 skills at a rate of 20.

The server I play on seems to be totally left alone unless someone needs something removed or fixed.

Other than permanently ruining the ground to get by a wall its pretty free.
