Yes you can. You can also adjust every timer for every action in the game including speed of carts being pulled. I did this until the devs ad horse pulled carts or we can do it with a MOD. The code is in one of the .xml files. I'll post up the mining when I get on my server. Im away atm . Ive changed about 1400 lines of configuration. Downside is you have to add the changes back with every patch..
