Loading screen stuck on World 8/9

Hello

After the automatic server restart this morning no one can logg in anymore. it gets stuck on loading world screen 8/9 anyone knows what is the problem?

try to switch windows mode or full screen.

I am still having this issue with the instance where it existed before. Switching windows mode did not work. I can load the server logs if you'd like. Ir if you have some other logging tools you would like me to load up and run, just let me know. I have complete control over this server.

I have a semi-decent backup of this server before it suffered from this issue as well. I say semi-decent as I have to complete some prep-work before.
