Hello, we've had several problems with our server and so far the only support I've been able to get on it, is through our provider who is also getting the cold shoulder. Will there ever be some kind of support feature implemented into this game, or are we all just SOL if and when we have issues? There are several crashes happening consistently throughout the day, server crashes, people can't see servers in the server list after a time out. I mean the list goes on. Servers getting corrupted seems to be a big issue as well, and all that just goes into the dark. What can we as a community do, to help get a support system moving for this game?

I understand how to use mantis and all that, but that is not a support option. Mantis does not get me in contact with someone that can help our situations any, all it does is notify them that there is a problem that exists in the game. Support is actually talking to a person, either via support tickets, instant chat, or phone to help resolve an issue in a timely manner. Mantis does NOT solve this problem.
