Hello!

Couldn't find any information about this topic so I'm sorry if it's been posted before...

Problem:
Every time I connect to a server I have to start a new character, my old one is just gone. So all my inventory and skills a reset. Is there anything I should do before I log out? The game doesn’t crash on me I just exit the game and when I get back in I have to create a new character because my old one has disappeared from the character selection menu.

same here, everytime i timeout from the server or game crashes or whatever, my all progression will be lost(no characters i created stays)

Giving this a boost again (hopefully) because I ran into the same problem.
I installed the game just yesterday and since I am pretty new, I thought it was my stupidity making me a fool.
But I joined a server, created my character, all is good and well, I build and skill the hell out of my little soul and then I quit the game, because people have to sleep.. unfortunately.
Next day, I start the game up again, try to join a server (the SAME server I created the character on, mind you) and there's no character to be seen. And I quit the server normally, through the menu.
What is going on here? This happened to me four times and it's getting real old real quick.

perhaps admin deletes your char from his db if its not a official server (just guessing here)

this just happened to me as well, I logged off maybe hours ago and when i got back home and tried to log in, my character was gone. I was on official server btw, the low pop one telmun.

Can you please show me a screenshot of your character list in the dashboard?
