Brand new server. GM's did a great job with this set up. RP-friendly, PVP, Judgment Hour, with a few aspects sped up for more fluid gameplay (gathering, construction), skill cap is 3000, and the skill multiplier is 12.

64 players
Not lag-less, but performance has been better than other servers I've been on - morning lag is only a few frame drops & then back to normal.
