Possible monument bug since latest patch

Numerous ppl are reporting that they cannot upgrade their monument due to a msg. Please remove all persons and animals near the monument. It happened to me after the collision was changed and there was a bark box and log colliding near the monument after the lastest patch.

I can confirm the same from my Players.
