Only being able to use tanning tubs at 60 makes sense for tanning dried hides, but why can't you it for flax fibres when you hit 30 procuration? At 30 you can weave ropes and linen, but you can't soak the fibres until 60? That doesn't make any sense. Can someone please explain it to me? Thank you.

It may be something to help split workloads, where you can make ropes and the like under a master if you have 30 skill. It may also just be a lack of having thought that through.
