I made this since Arkhaya's rules changed to a Yield or Die to accommodate both the PvPers and those that would rather not get killed while out and about.

All a player has to do in game once they have Arkhaya's mods is press F9 (default) and it will announce to everyone in a 120 meter (for now) radius. Wiith a timeout of 30 seconds (for now) to all who got the message, so that it cannot be spammed to be annoying.
