1.1.7.4 Terraforming Lag

Since the new patch on my server any action of terraforming causes spike lag, 200-400 ms tick lag even with only 1 person online. Anyone have any clues or fixes?

I just completely reinstalled a new server on my home machine and it still has terraforming lag. Logged into a few of the popular servers and they have no terraforming lag. I don't understand how this could happen with a 100% fresh install of a server.
