Internet 300mbps down 30mbps up.

Playing is impossible. I used to be able to play around 6 months ago and now it is 2fps. I have tried on Low and ultra with 0 difference.

Try playing on a local server (single player), this would atleast tell you if the fps drop is connection or computer based.
