Its says 60 but then says 90 to equip??? can i get a reply as to which it is supposed to be.

The skill description (on Huscarl) says you can use tower shield on 60.
While you actually need 90 skill to use it (system message when you try). In the old skill (shields skill in the old tree) also needed 90 and the document posted in the feudal democracy poll says 90 too.

On the skills sheet it says lvl 60 can use tower sheilds but when you try to equip a message says you require 90. Is it supposed to require 60? Or 90? Either way something is wrong wether its the skill description or the requirement
