Can't play the game now. Was able to play the game a month ago no problem but now whenever I launch the game it wants me to download Microsoft VC Redist Package. I let it install but then it just wants me to download it again.

Things I've tried:
-Verifying integrity of game cache
-Uninstalling then reinstalling
-Deleting installscript.vdf
-Manually installing Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013
-Can't run the game as admin for some reason

So when I go into the _CommonRedist > vcredist folder there are 4 separate folders with downloads in them. The folder are named 2008, 2010, 2013, 2015. Which one do I need to download?
