This last patch has broken the loot system. When player are killed there is no loot in there tombstones.

News to me, all of my tombstones function properly. If what you say is true, then there is something you're doing that's causing the problem, and without further information about what exactly you're doing to your database files, we have absolutely zero clue how to help you. Sorry.

I've some people using some kind of exploit to respawn with all their gear after dying (leaves an empty tombstone...)... could need confirmation but I think it's real and probably could need some attention from the dev..

Can,t say if that is related to what you are experiencing but it could be...

Most likely an error setting up the MySQL Server, make sure you follow the instructions otherwise it will cause weird issues with loot on the ground.
