Hello Everyone!
I have a laptop with resolution 1920x1080 (aspect ratio 1.77) and a separate monitor with resolution 1280x1024 (aspect ratio 1.25).
First I installed LIF:YO on the laptop and it was working fine. Then I bought a HDMI cable with HDMI-DVI adapter in order to display the game on my old monitor, as it is bigger. In Windows 8.1 i switched the displays to the bigger, external monitor only (1280x1024). After starting the game the laptop monitor turns on and the big monitor switches off. Then I change the resolution to the big monitor's one (1280x1024) and the big monitor turns on (the laptop's monitor switches off) and the game is displayed on the big monitor, BUT the image is squeezed horizontally (everythink looks thinner). The resolution is correct for the big monitor.
My question is: why is the image squeezed and how to make it display properly on the big monitor? Might it be related to the different resolution aspect ratio of both monitors? If so then shouldn't the game be able to properly switch from one aspect to another, co0nsidering that both resolutions are available from the list?
Thank you very much in advance for your responses!
