Being able to sit: Great!

Looking at your chest with no options to change your view angle is not. That severely limits the cool factor of sitting with people!

Additionally, seating near tables is a massive pain, and needs to work such that you actually look like you are at the table (you can sit facing away, or a good two meters away!)

Suggestions for seating improvements other than this that are very minor (the following are nice to have, not needed changes):

-Seating select for benches. This could just be a choice between which side of a bench you wish to sit on, and a slider along the length. It would make multiple people on a bench an option, and be kinda cool.

-Eat and Drink while sitting.

-Emotes that work while sitting, such as leaning forward or back.

Again, these last three are just some RP friendly ideas, the first two are issues which really need addressed!

True, there is that... but if one is sitting around with friends holding V to look is a terrible solution. Imagine that you want to sit around with friends chatting for a bit. After just a few minutes of holding V, you are done. It kills social interaction to need such a workaround.
