We are letting you all know that we are still here and are working hard on implementing new features into the game, fixing existing bugs and preparing the MMO for the beta release. In order to improve and coordinate our tasks, we would like to change the supporting scheme and close Mantis to new reports. That doesn’t mean we’re ignoring your reports, on the contrary: you can report any bugs and issues to helpme@lifeisfeudal.com This email address is linked with a ‘service desk’ tool (zendesk solution), which makes it easier for you to report bugs, link with existing known problems and receive a notification when there’s an up-to-date status. It also gives us the ability to better track your reports - everybody wins! Below we’ve listed common Mantis bugs and what will happen to them in future
New incidents:
- Report to helpme@lifeisfeudal.com
- Problem ticket will be created based on confirmed incidents. Problems will be linked with Mantis bugs
- Bugs tracked in Mantis. Message HelpMe if you would like to track the status in Mantis
- Auto notification from HelpMe will be sent to all reporters immediately after bug closure. A bug is closed only after it has been resolved, confirmed by testers and released in a patch
Old bugs reported into Mantis
- We will not close Mantis, just restrict access to view only
- Please be prepared that some cases will be created in local language
Ongoing bugs/issue in Mantis:
- We’re proposing to move all communication from Mantis to HelpMe, but if you currently have ongoing communication in comments in the Mantis system, please write to helpme@lifeisfeudal.com and we will discuss your case in detail.
