Support Response Times (What to do?)

Hi guys,

I've been trying to leave the newbie island for quite awhile, my ticket wouldn't work (the ferryman wouldn't even recognize it in my inventory) when I accidentally started playing EU so I switched to NA and sent in a support ticket (I can't play on EU anyway, lag is too bad as I'm Australian).

It's been nearly 3 days with no response since I put in the original support ticket, and I've sent in two more through other means but still no response.

I know the team must be busy, but what's my next recourse if I don't hear back soon? I've been stuck on the island now for 3 days :(

They just wanted our money, and we were dumb enough to give it to them. They haven't replied to my support ticket or my friend's either.

Hi, thanks for you reply.

How long have your tickets been open?

I figured it might just be because they're very busy fixing things and so a lot of people might be overloading them with emails.

My only discomfort with it is the fact that it's really an easy fix for me. I hadn't used the ticket, because the ferryman wouldn't let me. So really it's just a matter of deleting the old character and reissuing it through my account so I can redeem it on my real one.

I'm hoping once they've read the email they'll see to an easy fix. :( It's just waiting for that unfortunately.

I've done the best I can do!

It's best to head to our discord. We are overloaded with tickets and it will take some time to sort them out, as we are concentrated on most severe issues right now. Currently, the best way is to either post your issue on forums or contact LiF support team via our official discord, where you can find more than one member of support team.
