Time for MMO Beta testing

Post by AussiePastor » 16 Dec 2014, 14:51

Guild claiming on the YO!

Have the Devs lost their minds? Bobik; what did Boris the Bear think?

That stuff needs to be MMO only, why? For its not for the YO, Remember!

Trying Personal claim on YO; Ok. But Guild Claims!
Come on, give us a break!

Just open up the MMO for some REAL testing.
NB// I know Bobik you said "you HOPE for a mid year 2015 for Beta testing".

Some points to ponder from an experience International/National Director.

1/ Stress test the servers with YO Players as well as ALHPA players.
2/ Test the RANDOM SPAWNING across multiple link servers that make up the MMO world.
3/ See if YO CODE ports over to the MMO Server.
4/ Time the MMO (Beta)testing for February, after the Christmas rush games lose their gloss and appeal.
5/ Market that after February, no more YO will have MMO TESTING RIGHTS (have to wait for game launch)
6/ Then do the same thing again in June for a last YO sales push. For after June you could then start marketing the PrePurchase sale of the MMO GAME.
7/ Get TWITCH/YOUTUBERS to Interview, broadcast, feature the new MMO Beta Testing Gameplay footage.

With this timeline you could get more money into the BUDGET, to see the vision of the FULL release of the game in November 2015.

Just a thought.

You got some point's , however...
To be honest , LiF:YO just beginns to run stable and still got some important Problems that they need to take care off first. All the testing & improvment from YO goes straight to the MMO aswell , so no need to hurry. The Developers got their own Pace & priority list , which is totally fine. Right now the Developer Team are the only ones to say, when they feel that the time is right , to move on , and to test the MMO.

Just my 2 Cents.

Thank you starting to get a chat going.

I'm concern about the "code porting" from YO to MMO.

Also it was marketing to get 1 more revenue; 2 revived interest.

Because Bobik has ALWAYS stated it will have the MMO ONLY out of EU. With the extra money plus verified player interest, He may look at several servers like US and Pacific too.

Please keep up the comment guys, I know there really smart thoughts out there to help this GREAT game.
