I'm a new player on NA newbie island server 12, I was in the middle of a digging session and got kicked off about 40 minutes ago. I haven't been able to log in since. I get the loading screen tips that says "Waiting for reply from dispatcher" and shortly after a message pops up saying "Your connection to the dispatcher server timed out".
I'm on Discord with my guild and none of them had any issues, but I was the only one on the newbie island still. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

SAME, do all the admins went to sleep, didn't even realize the serves down

Are you on newbie island as well? The status page says there are 0 players online on the new player server, but the regular NA server is fine.

This was an issue with NA login server. It should work well now. We are sorry for the problem.
