I would like to be able to easily zoom out the view in third person; it seems way too zoomed in on my characters head/upper body now. Maybe just use the mouse wheel to zoom in and out?

You can adjust the FOV to your likings in the Settings -> Video.

Thank you for replying but that makes it look super bug eye'd. I just want to zoom in and out on my character.
