When starting the game normal, after I enter a server, I always see Black pixels in large amounts flimmering on the screen
(like mentioned here: fuzzy-screen-t7397/)

Like also mentioned there, it is stoppable with a certain console command

A friend mentioned, it might be possible to create a start file (batch file), that automatically opens the console and executes the command when I start the game.

How would I do that?
It really is tedious to always have to input the command first.
