Hi,

When i try to log with characters in a certain server my game gets black screen and i can't play or connect to that server.

is there anything i can do to try?

Already repaired, reinstalled, disabled fw and antivirus.

i have the same problem ! in server 35! i cant log, just a black screen ! since yesterday

Same here. But only on one character. Other characters work just fine. The game console reveals that my connectchallengerequest that is sent to game servers, is timing out for some reason. But only with this one character. Sounds like possibly something is wrong with my character in the server DB?

Same here. My Mainchar. is start in 42 at the south. Now in 35...Blackscreen. I make an Twink, its from 25 to 35. Works fine.

But the Main didnt work at this Server. Pls fix it.

That's it guys. Sent e-mail, posted here, posted on reddit, asked everywhere. Still can't get a fix. Tryed all methods.

Thought I would share this with anyone that wants an update.




Arrakis: We will launch a stability update in few hours. It should fix some of the issues, such as server crashes and some problems with the client.

If you open console after selecting character it seems that your selected characters gui failed or something, i think a server reset for us to get a patch will resolve this hopefully

4 characters of mine and half a dozen guild members cant log in on server 27, same issue black screen

My character disappears after entering the server 24, then, in order to return play, the character selection gives me a black screen, forced to close the game ....
