Burning buildings everywhere?

I'm on the RP server and I've seen a bunch of burning buildings. Have they been raided or something like that?

Aha, that makes sense. So people didn't upkeep/maintain their building.

I'd wager that no one on that server is even able to upkeep a building just yet. So anything not on a claim will be inflamed after a few days.
