Only if you want to get in the game 'right now' in wave #1. Otherwise, you are eligible to participate in wave #2. Just remember to link your steam account with website account and verify game ownership in the account settings.

Well, we will have couple more Wave #1 test runs with at least month of downtime in between those test runs. Can't give you a precise date of wave #2 at the moment, as it mostly depends on the results of wave #1 test runs and our performance in fixing all present bugs and other issues. Right now we are completely focusing on fixing connectivity issues, which are main problem right now.
